Login & Authentication IssuesCritical
❌ OTP Not Received
Possible Causes: Network issues, SMS delays, incorrect phone number
- Wait 2-3 minutes - SMS can be delayed
- Check if your phone number is correct
- Ensure you have network coverage
- Try requesting OTP again after 5 minutes
- Check if SMS is blocked by any spam filters
❌ Invalid OTP Error
Possible Causes: Expired OTP, typos, multiple OTP requests
- Use the most recent OTP received
- Check for typos - enter exactly as received
- Request a fresh OTP if current one is older than 5 minutes
- Ensure you're not copy-pasting extra spaces
❌ Invalid Association Code

- Double-check the code with your association admin
- Ensure you're entering the code correctly (case-sensitive)
- Verify the invitation hasn't expired

❌ Payment Failed
Possible Causes: Insufficient balance, bank issues, network problems
- Check your account balance
- Verify your UPI PIN is correct
- Try a different payment method
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Contact your bank if issue persists
- Wait 5-10 minutes before retrying
❌ Payment Stuck in Processing
Possible Causes: Bank processing delays, network timeouts
- Wait 30 minutes - bank processing can be slow
- Check your bank statement for deduction
- Don't attempt payment again immediately
- Contact support if stuck for over 2 hours
- Pull down to refresh invoice status
❌ UPI ID Not Working
Possible Causes: Invalid format, inactive UPI ID, typos
- Verify UPI ID format: username@provider
